The Boss Women Summit is scheduled for August 22-24, 2024. It will be held in East Hampton, NY, providing a luxurious and inspiring environment for deep reflection and strategic growth.
The cost of attending the Boss Women Summit varies depending on your choice of accommodation:
  • Single Room Accommodation: $9,995 – Includes all sessions, workshops, meals, and private accommodations.
  • Shared Accommodation: $5,995 – Includes all sessions, workshops, meals, and shared accommodations.
Your registration fee covers:
  • Access to all keynote sessions, workshops, and panel discussions.
  • Accommodation for the duration of the retreat (based on your chosen package).
  • All meals, including gourmet dinners and networking events.
  • Event materials, including workbooks and session handouts.
  • Access to exclusive leisure activities and networking opportunities.
  • Post-event resources and recordings (if applicable).
To register, visit our Registration Page and select your preferred accommodation option. Follow the prompts to complete your registration and payment. Early registration is recommended as spaces are limited.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your registration:
  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $500 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@bosswomensummit.com
We recommend bringing:
  • Business cards for connecting.
  • A laptop for taking notes during sessions.
  • Comfortable clothing for both business casual sessions and leisure activities.
  • Any personal items you may need for a comfortable stay at the retreat.
The dress code for the summit is business casual during sessions and workshops. For evening events, smart casual attire is recommended. Comfortable clothing is suggested for leisure activities.
Yes, we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions. During registration, you will have the opportunity to specify any dietary needs or preferences. Our culinary team will ensure that your meals are prepared accordingly.
  • By Air: The nearest major airports are JFK International Airport and LaGuardia Airport. The venue is approximately a 2-hour drive from either airport. We recommend renting a car or arranging for a private shuttle.
  • By Car: If you are driving, detailed directions to the venue will be provided upon registration.
  • Public Transportation: You can also take a train or bus to East Hampton, followed by a short taxi or rideshare to the venue. More detailed transportation options will be provided closer to the event.
Yes, there is ample parking available on-site at the venue.
The health and safety of our attendees are our top priority. We will adhere to all local health guidelines and protocols, including providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue and encouraging social distancing where appropriate. If you have specific health concerns or needs, please contact us prior to the event.
Absolutely! Networking is a key component of the Boss Women Summit. There will be multiple formal and informal opportunities to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and industry leaders throughout the event, including during meals, scheduled networking breaks, and evening activities.
At this time, the Boss Women Summit is an in-person event to maximize the immersive experience. However, select sessions may be recorded and made available to registered participants after the event.
